MySATCoach (MSC) Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms & Communication

By using MySATCoach (MSC), you agree to these Terms. All official communication is conducted remotely via legal@mysatcoach.com.

2. Educational Use; NO GUARANTEE OF IMPROVEMENT

MSC provides study tools for informational purposes only and is not affiliated with the College Board. MSC makes no guarantees regarding SAT scores, score improvements, or college admissions outcomes. Any "1500+ Path" is illustrative; you assume all risk regarding your actual exam performance.

3. Digital Access Term & Acceptable Use

• Access Term: Premium access is granted for the specific duration noted at checkout (e.g., 6 months from the date of purchase). Access expires automatically at the end of this term.
• Acceptable Use: You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or share account credentials. MSC reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund for suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

4. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY & CHARGEBACK DEFENSE

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the immediate digital availability of our proprietary diagnostic tools, no refunds, partial refunds, or monetary credits will be provided for any reason.

• No Refunds for Downtime or Termination: This strict no-refund policy applies regardless of user dissatisfaction, lack of use, user-side technical issues, MSC-side scheduled maintenance, unscheduled service interruptions/downtime, or feature modifications. Furthermore, if MSC terminates your account for a violation of these Terms (e.g., suspected abuse, account sharing), you forfeit any remaining access and will not receive a refund.
• Digital Fulfillment: Delivery is complete the moment digital access is provisioned to your account. In the rare event of a verified MSC provisioning failure, our sole liability and your exclusive remedy is the restoration of access.
• Chargeback Authorization (Usage Logs): By completing a purchase, you agree to this no-refund policy. In the event you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your issuing bank, you explicitly authorize MSC to submit your account registration details, IP addresses, and detailed platform usage/access logs to our payment processor and your bank as definitive proof of digital delivery and service fulfillment.

5. Limitation of Liability & Service Availability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• "AS IS" & "AS AVAILABLE": MSC is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service, and we are not liable for downtime, maintenance, or feature changes.
• Liability Cap: MSC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to MSC in the one (1) month prior to the event giving rise to the claim (or $1, whichever is greater).

6. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

You agree to attempt informal resolution via legal@mysatcoach.com for 30 days before filing any claim.

• Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved via binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Exceptions to Arbitration: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in a small claims court of competent jurisdiction if the claims qualify.
• Venue & Law: Arbitration shall take place in Boston, Massachusetts. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Class Action Waiver: You waive the right to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
